Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
The returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date to get a total refund, and thirty (30) days of the purchase date to get an exchange.
Itens received 30 days after delivery, will not be accepted.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags attached.
Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
* For sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept Bikini Sets, One-Piece Swimsuits, and Bodysuit with the protective adhesive strip had been removed. Thus Items not in new or unworn condition will be rejected during the sanitary inspection.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at bebrightfashionusa@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization.
After receiving a Return Authorization, place the item in a packaging and Original Tags must be attached.
Then mail your return to the following address:

*Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

2. Inform the Order Number, Name, Address, Option: Return or Exchange.
3. Wait for our email with the approval of your return or exchange.
4. Ship your product with the original label to our address.
5. Wait for us to send you the new product or the requested refund.
